1- Development & adjustments of the hall for the New Aircraft Simulator – for the Training of Pilots on the Aircraft of Airbus A320 – in the Training Center Building. 2- The renovation of The Flying Crew Training Center – with all its 3 floors – in the Operations area. 3- The construction of the Metal Scaffolding with 25 m height for the maintenance of the Tail of aircraft Airbus A320 – Inside the Aircrafts Hangar No. 2. 4- The installation of the Protection Net for the whole area of the internal ceilings of the aircrafts. hangars no. 1 & no. 2 – with a height of 28 m and a total area of 22500 m squared. 5- The development & renovation of the Flight Dispatch & IOCC center – in the headquarters building. 6- Renovation of the whole area of the external facades for the buildings inside the old headquarters. 7- The Renovation of the Security Staff Residence – with its 12 floors building – in Ardiyah. 8- The Renovation of the Flight Attendants Residence – with its 9 floors building – in Salmiyah. 9- The Re-division and rearranging of the Air Cargo Inbound and Outbound warehouse. 10- The construction of Security Inspection & Luggage Check in Areas in the Passengers Terminal No. 4 – T4. 11- The construction & adjustments of the sidewalks in the GSE area 12- The construction of diff. types of shades in the: Headquarters, Air Cargo, GSE, and aircraft hangers’ areas.
