The building consists of two parts, each part consists of two floors, which are as follows: The first part: is the extension of the student’s Book Store of Kuwait University that contains (reception - the main cashier hall - the financial management offices of the library - the conference room - offices for the library staff - the office of the library Manager ) The second part: is the extension of the Construction and Maintenance Department of Kuwait University and it contains (the offices of managers of the various departments in the administration - the offices of the employees of those departments)
